Recipe from Mari Williams of Mississippi
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 reg. size can sauerkraut, drained
12-14 oz. shaved corned beef, cut into 1/2 inch strips
6-8 tablespoons thousand island dressing
Soften cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and corned beef. Mix well. Pour into a 9 inch square casserole dish and drizzle with thousand island dressing. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with a variety of crackers and cocktail breads.
