Law enforcement in Lewis and Harrison counties arrested three people on drug charges after a woman sold heroin to an undercover officer in Jane Lew on Tuesday, August 26.

Kacie Ranae Lauderdale, 28, of Lost Creek, sold two grams of heroin to an undercover officer in the Jane Lew Go-Mart parking lot, said Lewis County Sheriff Adam Gissy. Lauderdale received $600 for the heroin.  Following the drug buy, Lauderdale was arrested by uniformed members of the sheriff's office in the parking lot. Lauderdale told deputies that she purchased heroin at a house on Charleston Avenue in Clarksburg.  The Lewis County Sheriff's Department contacted the Harrison County Street Crimes and Drug Unit, which obtained a search warrant for the house.

At approximately 7:40 p.m., the Harrison County SCAD Unit, Lewis County Sheriff's Department, and the Salem K-9 unit located approximately 5 grams of raw heroin, 225 Oxycodone (percocet) pain pills, 448 Hydrocodone pain pill and 105 xanax pills. The drugs are estimated to be worth a street value of $16,000, said Chief Deputy Jeffrey McAtee.

Deputies arrested Emmitt R. Richardson aka "Jimmy Cool", 41, of Detroit and Danielle Hulley, 29, of Clarksburg.  After deputies found the drugs in the basement of the Charleston Avenue house, Richardson said "oh [expletive] they found it", according to court documents.  Richardson is charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute Hydrocodone, possession with intent to distribute Oxycodone, possession with intent to distribute Xanax, delivery of heroin, conspiracy to deliver heroin, and four (4) counts of interstate transportation of controlled substances with intent to distribute.  Hulley is charged with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute Tramadol, and conspiracy to distribute heroin, all felony charges.  Lauderdale is charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

Court documents indicate Hulley lives at the Charleston Avenue house.  Richardson's address is formerly listed as Detroit, and he currently lives at a Henderson Street address.

Richardson is being held in North Central Regional Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail, and Hulley is being held in North Central Regional Jail in lieu of $95,000 bail. Lauderdale is out of jail in lieu of a $50,000 recognizance bond.
