WVU Student Arrested for Selling Marijuana from Dorm Room

West Virginia University Police arrested a Dadisman Hall resident after finding marijuana, baggies, xanax, and cash in his dorm room.

Police were dispatched to the dormitory and noticed a strong odor emanating from the room, according to a criminal complaint filed by Patrolman Matthew Carr.

Joseph Rosensky, 18, of Rockaway, New Jersey, is charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school.  Police found $2,592 in cash and 21.6 grams of marijuana, according to a criminal complaint.

Rosensky is listed as a student of the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences at WVU, according to the WVU student directory.
