West Virginia Wesleyan to Hold Orientation Activities

Posted: Updated:

West Virginia Wesleyan College is gearing up for another year.

The college will welcome students this weekend during orientation activities.

It will host an outdoor orientation trip, a business fair for students to meet local businesses, and a lunch at the president's home.

Wesleyan said it's welcoming its second largest class in 10 years.

"A really, really great year. The first time in 10 years that our enrollment has been over 1,500 students as a campus with our undergraduate and graduate students. So really a great time. A lot of great projects going on campus, new majors and a lot of things to attract students to Wesleyan," said John Waltz, director of admission.

Classes will start on Monday.
