Man Convicted of Murdering Joshua Oberg Sentenced

 A man convicted of murdering Joshua Oberg and concealing his body was sentenced on Thursday.

Judge Kurt hall sentenced Jesse Heater to life in prison without mercy for killing Oberg after being hired to kill Oberg by Rodolfo Villagomez Correa.  Robert Siron was also alleged to have been hired by Correa. Heater was found guilty during his June trial.

The co-conspirators shot and killed Oberg, then buried him in a shallow grave in December of 2011. Oberg's body was discovered in July 2012.

Heater was also sentenced to three additional one to five year sentences for other charges. Siron pleaded guilty in December of 2013.
