Bridgeport Police arrested a Clarksburg woman after receiving calls about two women stumbling around the Interstate 79 southbound rest area just after 9 p.m. Thursday.

Upon arrival, police noticed a woman lying on the ground behind a black Subaru Impreza.  When police approached the woman, they noticed a strong odor of alcohol coming from her.   When asked if she had been drinking, she replied yes, and said she wasn't sure how much she had drank, but it was possibly five or six drinks, said a criminal complaint.  The woman said she was worried about her 9-month-old grandson, who was in the car at the time. The driver of the vehicle, who police said was stumbling around, was identified as Jocelyn Rochelle Johnson, 21.  Johnson's license is currently suspended and had been suspended on four different occasions between 2009 and 2012.  Police said Johnson admitted to drinking and driving.  After failing three field sobriety tests, Johnson was transported to North Central Regional Jail.

Johnson is charged with child neglect creating a substantial risk of injury and is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
