People from all over came out to enjoy some family fun Tuesday at the Paw Paw District Fair in MarionCounty.
Fair officials said there is a set gate price and kids can ride all the carnival rides for $8. There was plenty of carnival food and games for every one of all ages to participate in. Live animals were on display for spectators to look at on the fair grounds. Officials said the fair has been going strong for more than 70 years, and they’re happy to continue the tradition.
“Tonight we’re doing our ATV mud bog, tomorrow night we’re going to do a truck pull, Thursday night were going to try and hook two trucks back to back if you’re a Chevy man, Ford man, we’ll see who’s got the toughest. Friday night is demolition derby, and Saturday night we’re back in this pit again for the mud bog,” said Mike Bragg, Paw Paw Fair Board Member.
