In honor of Military Appreciation Month AT&T is looking to hire veterans.
AT&T officials said last year the company committed to hiring 5000 veterans over the next five years.
AT&T was a founding member of the 100,000 Jobs Mission. The group is made up of 120 companies committed to hiring at least 100,000 veterans by 2020.
There are seven positions open at stores in Clarksburg, Bridgeport, and Morgantown, and there is a way veterans can find the right positions for them.
“There are a few tools that veterans have. We have a website where you can go and take your current military occupation and put in everything that's there and it will actually give you an idea of what civilian jobs you qualify for based on that skill set,” explained Chad Cooper, assistant manager of the AT&T store on Emily Drive in Clarksburg.
