A man who pleaded guilty to second degree murder in the shooting death of Tymel McKinney was sentenced today in court.
Mark Gaddy was sentenced to 30 years in prison and will be eligible for parole in 10 years.
The second of two men charged in the murder of Tymel McKinney has pleaded guilty in court.
Mark Gaddy pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder on Sept. 24.
McKinney was shot and killed in Charleston on April 23.
Nayquil Sayles, the other man charged, pleaded guilty to one charge of accessory after the fact of murder and reckless indifference to the safety of others.
