Early voting kicked off Wednesday in Harrison County.
Voters had the chance to vote at both the Harrison County court house and at the Meadowbrook Mall.
The poll workers at the court house said they saw more than 60 voters.
They also said the mall had a good turnout as well.
You have the chance to vote early until May 10.Original:
In Harrison County, early voting will run April 30 to May 10.
You can vote early at the Harrison County Courthouse Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday May 3 and 10 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
You can also vote early at the Meadowbrook Mall, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday’s from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Harrison County Clerk Susan Thomas said added the mall as a location makes it more convenient.
“We have to have it at the courthouse, and at the courthouse they have to find a place to park, go through security, and then the office is at the back of the building which I don't think is that accessible. So hopefully at the mall it will help out some. I'd like to do it at other places in the future,” said Thomas.
Early voting will be available by going into the Garfield’s entrance and in between Spencer’s Gifts and Toys R Us Express.
