United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced six federal indictments Tuesday.
Included in these indictments is Martin L. Queen, 51, from Clarksburg. Queen entered a guilty plea for possession of stolen firearms, and for two counts of making false statements and representations. Queen is free on bond sentence pending, and faces up to 20 years in prison.
Dominic Sutherlin, 28, also from Clarksburg was sentenced 37 months to prison with three years of supervised release for his conviction of "possession of a firearm by an unlawful drug user or addict." Sutherlin will self-report to prison in May.
Two inmates at FCI Morgantown pleaded guilty for possession of a prohibited object. Staff recovered cell phones from Tony Hawk, 30, and Marquis Anton Brooks, 32. Both inmates are sentenced to 3 additional months to run concurrent with Hawk's 100-month sentences, and Brooks' 60-month sentence.
Keegan Chance Vantuyl, 31, an inmate from USP Hazelton entered a guilty pleas for assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to do bodily harm. Vantuyl aided another inmate in the assault of an inmate by stabbing him with a sharp object. Vantuyl faces up to 20 years in prison.
Timothy Petittom, 37, pleaded guilty for the possession of child pornography. Petitto is in custody pending sentencing and faces up to 20 years in prison.
