The West Virginia Division of Highways is advising motorists about a traffic delay on Route 50, both east and westbound on Thursday, April 24, through Friday, May 23. The times will be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. The WVDOH advise commuters to take Route 20 if it is necessary to take an alternate route and allow extra time in your morning commute.
The delay is due to the dismantling of the railroad structure, just located past the Sycamore exit going westbound. The east and westbound lanes from Joyce Street to West Pike Street will have intermittent lane closures during daylight hours.
