On Saturday, beauty queens of all ages came out for Stepping Stones' 10th annual Miss Ability pageant in Morgantown.
More than 35 girls strutted their stuff and performed on stage to compete in four categories, including "Tiny Miss Ability" and "Little Miss Ability."
Those who competed got their hair, makeup, and nails done and said they loved the whole experience.
"I'm excited because we're at the pageant, it's starting right now. We do dancing with the whole group. And I'm looking beautiful," said contestant Teryn Soccorsi.
"And they get out on the stage, and they look out and see their parents, and their friends, and they wave. It's just all about them coming out and having fun and having the confidence to walk out on the stage and do that," said Monica Marietta of Stepping Stones.
The winners for each category was as follows:
Tiny Miss Ability: Madison Cale
Little Miss Ability: Casey Messenger
Jr. Miss Ability: Olivia Gross
Miss Ability 2014: Kelci Haught
Our very own April Kaull was the emcee of the event.
