West Virginia State Police in Weston have arrested a Lewis County man for soliciting a minor via a computer.
Jeremy Oliver Kincaid, 24, of Horner, is accused of contacting a 15-year-old girl via Facebook and asking her to come to his father's house and play pool. The girl told state police that she went to Kincaid's father's house and played pool for about an hour, according to a criminal complaint. She realized she was going to be in trouble with her father and told Kincaid that she had to leave and he offered to give her a ride home. After getting in the vehicle, Kincaid leaned the driver seat back, put his hand on her head, and said "you know what to do", according to a criminal complaint filed by Sr. Trooper Ronald Jones. The girl got out of the car and walked home, according to the complaint. After she got home, she saw she had several Facebook messages from Kincaid asking her if she had ever performed oral sex on a boy before and asked her to do so. The girl told him no several times, according to the complaint, and eventually told Kincaid that she would talk about it later.
Kincaid is being held in Central Regional Jail on $125,000.
