Bel Meadow Golf Course hosted an open house to welcome in St. Patrick's Day and do a test run of the Boston Beanery on Saturday.
It hopes to kick off the season this year with the Boston Beanery as part of their establishment. Owners said the Beanery will attract more people out to the club and hopefully get more people playing golf.
The Beanery will be open to the general public and Bel Meadow wants people to come and try out the menu selections.
"So we're having a four person scramble and it starts at 11:00 today, and hopefully we'll have several players out there celebrating, and then as we go through the tournament today and through the day the Boston Beanery is going to come in and cater the food," said Randy Workman, co-owner of Bel Meadow Golf Club.
There will be live entertainment Saturday night from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. with music group "Mike and David Almost Unplugged."
