A pre-trial motion hearing for a man accused of killing three people at Windmill Park in Fairmont in 1974 has been continued.
Phillip Reese Bush faces three first-degree murder charges in the deaths of Guy Phillips, Wanda Phillips, and Billy Cobb.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges last March and was originally set to go to trial in May of 2013.
Bush is already serving two life sentences for double homicides at Mount Olive Correctional Complex.
Courthouse officials said Bush's pretrial motion hearing was continued and there is no word on a trial date.
Bush's co-defendant, Eddie Washington, was also named in connection with a 1974 triple homicides. He cut his trial short by entering an Alford plea in November on three counts of conspiracy to commit a felony.
