An agreement was reached between the Teamsters union and the Armstrong plant in Randolph County on Sunday.
"We're very happy with the result. We have very committed employees at Beverly and we're pleased we could come to an agreement," said Jennifer Johnson of Armstrong.
Johnson also said negotiating was a constructive process.
No word on the specifics of that agreement.
A contract between the Teamsters union and Armstrong's plant in Randolph County is set to expire.
Armstrong said negotiations are still underway with the Teamsters to reach a new agreement at its Beverly plant. The current contract will expire Saturday.
Armstrong said out of respect for the process, it isn't making any public comments at this time.
Armstrong makes and markets residential and commercial floor and ceiling products.
