Water issues have plagued much of our state recently, mainly due to a chemical spill into the Elk River in January, but a town in Wyoming County hasn't had usable water since September.
A local organization is doing its part to make sure those people aren't forgotten.
The town of Bud runs off a privately-owned filtration system, which hasn't operated properly in months.
The Moose Lodge in Shinnston is collecting bottled water, hand sanitizer, and more.
"All of the attention to the Charleston area, nobody's paying attention to this small town because it has nothing to do with the chemical spill. So they've been relying on bottled water, donations brought to the school that's nearby. We have some people that are willing to help go pick up water. If anybody's got any, call us at the Moose," said organizer Darlene Robinson.
Robinson said you can bring water, paper plates, plastic silverware, or any other disposable items to the Moose, which is off Pike Street, anytime after 4 p.m. Donations are also appreciated, as volunteers plan to deliver the supplies themselves.
She is accepting collections until Friday, February 14.
