WTRF has learned that a cat named Jack who was found frozen to a bridge in Ohio County a few weeks ago is quickly recovering.
According to K.E.Y. Animal Hospital's Facebook page, Jack's tissue damage was so bad that they unfortunately had to cut off her back feet and part of her tail. They say that hasn't stopped her from playing and that she is getting around on her own. They say once she is completely healed, Jack will be fitted with special prosthetics that will help her walk more efficiently.
