HealthNet flew one man to Ruby Memorial Hospital after a single-vehicle rollover accident early Thursday morning.
Harrison County 911 said it happened around 12:30 a.m. on Route 19 in Hepzibah.
The Harrison County Sheriff's Department said Mozart Dixon, 48 of Clarksburg, drove a 1990 Oldsmobile into the guardrail, and his car ended up on railroad tracks that run parallel to Route 19. The railroad tracks had to be closed while the scene was cleared.
Harrison County EMS took him to a nearby field in Spelter, where a medical helicopter landed to fly him to Ruby Memorial Hospital. Dixon is in critical condition at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
The Spelter Fire Department responded to the scene, as well as the Division of Highways and an accident reconstructionist, according to sheriff's deputies.
