Andy Young has been selected a partner with Dixon Hughes Goodman while Ken Schuckers has been selected as the new tax advisory director in the firm's Morgantown office.
A member of the firm's tax advisory practice in Charleston with more than a decade of experience, Young handles complex corporate tax matters.
The West Virginia University graduate also is actively involved in many professional and civic organizations including the American Institute of CPAs, West Virginia Society of CPAs, the Charleston chapter of the West Virginia Society of CPAs, the American Heart Association and Capitol Market.
Schuckers has more than 23 years of experience and practices in both corporate federal and state taxation. He also is an expert in federal and state tax credits and incentives and has a passion for energy issues.
Most recently employed in Atlanta, Schuckers spent the first 10 years of his career focused on the north-central West Virginia and western Pennsylvania markets.
Dixon Hughes Goodman established roots in West Virginia almost 40 years ago. The firm employs more than 1,800 people in 30 offices in 11 states.
