West Virginia State Police have arrested four Webster County residents on meth related charges.

State police charged Lacey R. Williams, 25 of Cowen, Robert Phillip Boggs, 20 of Webster Springs, Brett Michael Perrine, 18 of Webster Springs, and Sherry D. Hall, 32 of Webster Springs, after a Division of Natural Resources Police Officer noticed the group in a 2013 Dodge Dart participating in drug activity at Tioga Strip.

State police received consent to search the vehicle and found a bottle with rubber hosing along with multiple items commonly used to make meth, according to a criminal complaint. Officers located an active drug lab approximately 100 yards from the vehicle, laying along the roadway with cell phones nearby.

Williams told officers that she went with the group to buy ingredients to make meth. She planned to use $100 that she received from her grandfather, according to the criminal complaint. Hall told officers that she tried to buy pseudoephedrine at Wal-Mart but she was rejected. Perrine provided a statement that he was standing outside the car while the three others made meth inside and that he didn't plan on using the meth, the criminal complaint stated.

Williams, Perrine, Hall and Boggs are each charged with conspiracy, precursors of meth, and operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab. They are all being held in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $300,000 each.
