The Harrison County Community Educational Outreach Service group met on Monday for the last meeting of the year.
At the meeting, new officers were sworn in and the department heads gave their reports.
The Harrison County CEOS is comprised of different clubs from different parts of Harrison County.
There are also state and national CEOS groups.
The outgoing president of the Harrison County CEOS said it has some upcoming volunteer projects the group is working on.
"The ladies take Salvation Army stockings and fill them and take them in for the children. Different clubs volunteer different days for the Angel Tree at the mall. We also have an ongoing project which is a state project, it's clean water for all. We'll send water filters to children in different countries in need," said Cynthia Wotasek, outgoing president of the Harrison County CEOS.
The Harrison County CEOS group is also planning more activities for the future including wooden spoon ornament making for children, and demonstration day.
