The Randolph County Grand Jury handed up 29 indictments during its October term on Monday.
Cole Edmond, 19, was indicted on one count of Driving Under the Influence Causing Death. Edmond also was indicted on several other charges.
Edmond was involved in a head on collision which a 15-year-old boy died, and two others were injured back in June.
The accident happened on Route 219 near Mill Creek.
Sheriff's deputies said Edmond was heading south when he drove off the road, over-corrected, crossed the center line, and hit a pickup truck head-on.
One of Edmond's passengers, Timothy Hornick, 15, was ejected and later died.
