Bartini Morgantown held a Pink Party Monday evening, hoping to raise money and awareness about breast cancer.
Event planner Lauren Ritchie said the new bar was the perfect place to hold the annual Betty Puskar Fashion show.
She said the fundraiser will help women get the mammograms they need for early detection.
"Even if you don't have a family member who has ever had breast cancer it is important to go and get your Mammogram and get seen by a doctor and we want to make sure that women know that and this is the best way to do that and by giving money to the Betty Puskar Breast Care Center that allows us to give money to Bonnie's Bus who goes around the state and the do around fifteen hundred mammogram's a year," Ritchie said.
Ritchie said Monday's Pink Party raised over $10,000.
