West Virginia University has a new tool for students attending this week's Fall Career Fair to help them navigate the 120 businesses there.
WVU has launched a "WVUJobFair" app, which lists employers at the fair and the jobs and positions they're hiring for.
The app also has a map of fair's layout.
It's all about improving the students' experience.
"The app really puts the information right at the student's fingertips. If they're standing inline waiting to talk to someone, they can go to their phone, read about the employer, read about the job opportunities they have, and look at the details of the employer in real time, right at their phone," said David Durham, the director of the career services center.
Organizers said they expect 1,200 to 1,500 students to attend the fair each day.
The event will wrap up on Thursday.
