Many of the businesses left homeless by a fire in April that damaged Johnson Center in Bridgeport are now reopening in new locations.
Dry Cleaning World opened in a trailer behind Johnson Center, and Total Dental is running out of other dental offices.
Now, Roberto's has found a new home at the North Central West Virginia Airport.
This has been a work in progress for the past few months.
After a few bumps in the road, owner Robert Haislip said he opened on Sunday, September 15, and so far business has been pretty good.
"I haven't advertised, just Facebook, and I've been doing quite well so far, for the first couple days. Today was a bit slower, but I'm sure it will pick up. My food speaks for itself, its fresh it's homemade, its done daily, and I can't stress that enough," Haislip said.
Haislip said he will be offering about the same menu as he did at his location in Johnson Center.
"It's the same thing, a bit more specials. I want to have a quick lunch service, there are a lot of people who work around here and they have a limited time for lunch. So I'm offering slices of pizza, pepperoni rolls, Italian sandwiches, very quick food so they can come in and out," Haislip said.
Roberto's is open Monday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
