Two Preston County residents have been arrested in connection to the Saturday morning shooting in Bruceton Mills.
The Preston County Sheriff's Department arrested Stephanie Marie Gentry-Russell, 32, and Michael Bryant Glenn, 30, on Sunday for attempted first degree murder.
The sheriff's department responded to the shooting around 5:15 a.m. on Saturday.
Upon arrival, the investigation revealed Gentry-Russell and Glenn drove to Robert Beerbower's residence with a firearm and damaged a vehicle belonging to his wife.
When Beerbower, 38, came out to investigate the noises he heard outside, he was shot twice in the abdomen, according to the press release.
He was then transported to Ruby Memorial Hospital, where he is listed in good condition.
Gentry-Russell and Glenn are being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on charges of attempted homicide.
