The Harrison County Sheriff's Department said its Street Crimes and Drug (SCAD) unit arrested three men on drug charges Tuesday.
Jeremy Allen Halpenny, 21 of Lumberport, is charged with delivery of heroin and conspiracy to deliver heroin. He appeared in court in front of Magistrate Davis, who set bail at $100,000.
Lumberport police assisted SCAD authorities in his arrest, according to the sheriff's department.
Damian Rasheed Allen, 26 of Clarksburg, is charged with conspiracy to deliver heroin. He appeared in court in front of Magistrate Gorby, who set bail at $15,000.
Eric Matthew King, 26 of Haywood, faces four misdemeanor drug charges, including possession of marijuana and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance. He has not appeared before a magistrate yet.
The sheriff's department said the arrests stemmed from an ongoing undercover investigation, which included controlled buys earlier this month.
All three men are in the North Central Regional Jail.
