One man was injured in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 79 south in Fairmont Thursday night.
Marion County 911 said it happened just after 10 p.m. near mile marker 133.
HealthNet landed at the Fairmont Municipal Airport to transport the man to Ruby Memorial Hospital, according to 911 officials. There's no word on his name or condition.
One of the southbound lanes was shut down but has since reopened, according to 911 officials.
West Virginia State Police, the Marion County Rescue Squad, Randolph County EMS, and fire departments from Pleasant Valley and Winfield all responded to the scene.
