The Paw Paw District Fair kicked off Tuesday evening with a parade, and fun garden tractor pulls.
Elizabeth Kerns of Monongah was crowned as the Paw Paw queen, and the Miss Teen Queen pageant was also held Tuesday.
High school girls competed in event promotion, casual wear, and the evening gown competition, even with some rain.
They also answered a fish bowl question. As part of tradition, the new queen will run through a mud bog at the end of the festival.
On Wednesday, Future Farmers of America will hold its livestock show at 7 p.m. There will also be the junior and pre-teen pageant on Wednesday.
Festivities wrap up on Saturday, with a truck mud bog, and tike tractor pull.
