An event at Jackson's Mill is giving kids with asthma a way to have some fun in the sun.
Camp Catch Your Breath returned to the mill this year.
The camp provided asthmatic kids between 8 and 14 and way to enjoy the summer and learn how to better manage their disease.
Kids at the camp also saw a demonstration of how smoking affects pig lungs.
Organizers said the staff caring for the kids makes it all possible.
"Myself, I'm a physician, and I'm here this whole week, day and night. We've got nurses on staff, we've got respiratory therapists here that can help the kids at any point they get into trouble," said Alicia Maddix, a camp physician.
Camp Catch Your Breath will wrap up for this year's 60 campers on Friday.
