Man Accused of Upshur County Murder Pleads Guilty to Federal Firearms Charge

Rodolfo "Chino" Correa Villagomez entered into a plea agreement Tuesday in connection to illegally possessing firearms as an illegal alien.
Villagomez pleaded guilty in U.S. Federal Court in Elkins to the charge. He will spend a maximum of 10 years in prison and have to pay fine of up to $250,000. As part of his plea agreement, Villagomez will be required to cooperate with the United States Attorney's Office and may be subject to a polygraph test. He will be sentenced at a later date.
