While many places closed down for the 4th of July holiday, others were keeping busy.
Staff at the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum in Weston were keeping the business open as normal for the 4th of July.
Holidays like Independence Day are big days for the Asylum, as they take advantage of people looking for something to enjoy on their day off.
It's a service they're happy to provide.
"I'm excited to share the building with other people because of the tremendous impact it had on the community. There's so much history right here in little Weston that people don't necessarily know about," said TALA's Bethany Cutright.
