Every year the Greenbrier Classic takes time to recognize aspiring golfers.
Tuesday nearly a dozen young golfers hit the links with some of the pros, as part of First Tee Day.
Kids from across the region "teed" it up with some of the PGA pros, playing three holes on
the Old White.
"Golf has played a major part in my life," said Greenbrier Resort Owner, Jim Justice. "I can't see where
my life would be without the game of golf."
The First Tee Golfers also held a luncheon, honoring the young golfers for their achievements on and
off the course.
