More than 100 cadets graduated from the West Virginia Wing of Civil Air Patrol's Cadet Summer Encampment at Camp Dawson on Saturday, making it one of the largest ceremonies in nearly 20 years.
CAP cadets made it to graduation after completing at 16-step program for a week at Camp Dawson.
The cadets are between the ages of 16 and 21. They learn everything from aerospace education and leadership training to physical fitness. Cadets also earned awards and scholarships during the encampment.
