A United States Magistrate Judge has released Lena Lunsford from federal custody after being arrested June 19.
Court records indicate that Lunsford wasn't found to pose a danger to the public or be likely to flee from the area if she was released.
Lunsford has a job and is enrolled at a local college in Wheeling and is not a flight risk, according to documents.
Lunsford was arrested by U.S. Marshals on June 19 for probation violations including maintaining contact with a convicted felon and failing to pay restitution.
Lunsford was released on the same terms and conditions of her supervised release.
