It's now 23 years and counting for the Brian Jozwiak Celebrity Golf Classic.
Jozwiak started the tournament with Fairmont's Scott Sears in 1991 to raise money for the WVU Children's Hospital.
It has raised more than $500,000 to date.
Many celebrities come back to West Virginia for the cause, including former WVU football players Major Harris and Mike Compton .
Jozwiak said the tournament has a new twist this year.
"We are also supporting now, right here locally in Fairmont, the Buddy Walk which is for down syndrome," he said. "We are excited with what we are able to do here in the community and generate some revenue and some funding for these great programs."
"When you're talking about kids, its always a great cause," Compton said.
More than 20 teams participated in the event.
All proceeds from the event go straight to the WVU Children's Hospital.
