A Shinnston bed and breakfast will marry you, in addition to providing food and lodging.
The Gillum House Bed and Breakfast offers an elopement package. The wedding will cater to a maximum of four people, and will include a Methodist minister, video and photos, flowers and cake, and overnight accommodations for the newlyweds. The bed and breakfast's owner said her own wedding inspired her to provide such a service.
"He didn't want to get married in a church because we weren't starry-eyed teenagers, and I refused to get married next to a judge, so we compromised by having a minister come to the house. So we're offering that for others," said Kathleen Panek, the bed and breakfast's owner.
The elopement package at the Gillum House Bed and Breakfast costs $650.
