The town of West Union has lifted a boil water advisory for the Wabash area. Certified laboratory testing is complete and no bacterial contamination has occurred.
The Town of West Union Water System has issued a boil water advisory for residents in the Wabash area of West Union.
Customers experiencing little to no water pressure are advised to boil water until further notice, as a damaged main line valve may have caused contamination. It has not conducted any tests to confirm or deny contamination.
Water should be boiled for at least one minute before drinking, cooking or washing.
Crews are currently repairing the issue.
