Hospice Care Corporation held its fifth annual "Walk for Hospice" event in honor of lost loved ones Sunday in Fairmont.
Family members were able to come out to Pricketts Fort and show support for the Corporation while remembering their loved ones.
There was a memorial banner that family members could write the names of their loved ones, along with a message.
The goal of the Hospice Walk is to make friends dealing with similar situations and for families to remember the loved ones that they lost.
"Its wonderful because we're all in the grieving process, and you know Its good to be with other people," said Karen Cyrankowski.
"A big part of grieving is being able to talk about it and to share. Share common experiences and to feel that your not alone," said Janie Johnston, Hospice Volunteer Coordinator.
