Two people were flown by a medical helicopter to Ruby Memorial Hospital after a single-vehicle accident in Marion County Friday afternoon.
The accident occurred at approximately 1:39 p.m. on Route 250, Husky Highway, in Farmington.
The Marion County Sheriff's Department said a car was driving north on Route 250 when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The driver and a passenger were ejected from the car.
The sheriff's department said both victims were responsive but there's no word on their names or injuries sustained. Both men were not wearing seatbelts.
Speed may have been a factor, according to the sheriff's department.
Route 250 north was closed following the accident but has since reopened.
The sheriff's department is investigating.
