The May 2013 term of the Harrison County grand jury has handed up indictments against 57 people, according to the Harrison County Prosecuting Attorney's office.
Among those indicted include:
Ennis Charles Payne, II, and Darnell Carlton Bouie were each indicted on one count of first degree murder and one count of conspiracy to commit burglary. Both men were arrested in connection to the January 2010 shooting death of Jayar "Trevor" Poindexter.
Frank Antrobius was indicted on six counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian, two counts of first degree sexual assault, two counts of second degree sexual assault and two counts of first degree sexual abuse.
Sabra Hardman was indicted on eight counts of child neglect resulting in serious bodily injury and one count of gross child neglect creating a substantial risk of bodily injury.
David Mazza was indicted on seven counts of child neglect resulting in serious bodily injury and two counts of gross child neglect creating a substantial risk of bodily injury.
Anthony Cartagena was indicted on one count of first degree sexual assault, one count of first degree robbery, one count of assault during the commission of a felony and one count of attempting to commit first degree murder.
