Healthnet flew a woman to Ruby Memorial Hospital on Tuesday after an accident in Marion County.
Marion County 911 officials said it happened just after 6 p.m. on Interstate 79 south near mile marker 137.
The Division of Highways closed one lane on both I-79 north and south, as Healthnet initially planned to land in the median, according to 911 officials.
Crews worked to extricate Sebrina Hanlon, of Morgantown, from her vehicle for nearly two hours, according to State Police. When they finally got the Hanlon out, Marion County EMS took her to exit 137, where Healthnet was waiting.
Hanlon suffered two broken legs but was conscious and alert upon transport, according to the Valley Volunteer Fire Department.
Hanlon claims she was run off the road, according to Valley VFD.
State Police and the Winsor Volunteer Fire Department also responded to the scene.
