Some Harrison County kindergartners got out of the classroom Friday for some hands-on learning.
Roughly 40 kids came out to the 4-H in Clarksburg to dig deeper into the study of dinosaurs. They did crafts, presentations, and exercises.
The students have been learning about dinosaurs in class.
"The triceratops uses shields to protect his neck. Sometimes he swings his tail to fight. And they make a big circle to protect their babies," said kindergartner Laurianna San Julian.
If you and your family missed out the 4-H invites you to visit this Sunday, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
