Some college students are "freezing for a reason," and no it has nothing to do with a polar plunge.
The End It Movement at WVU is spending 27 hours outside the Mountainlair.
The group is protesting human trafficking and slavery. The End It Movement is a national organization pushing to bring an end to slavery.
The group said despite the cold weather, they will spend more than a day outdoors.
"Personally I think it means so much more because it's saying even though it's cold outside and the weather is not cooperating like we would like it to, we're still willing to stand because we feel strongly about this and we just want to shed a light on this," said Madeline Boggess of the End It Movement.
The End It Movement said there are 27 million people in slavery worldwide.
