The Bridgeport Police Department arrested a Raleigh County man after officers said he exposed himself online and tried to solicit what he believed to be underage girls.
Thomas Fleming, 43 of Naoma, has been charged with three counts of displaying obscene matter to a minor via computer and two counts of soliciting a minor via computer.
Police said Fleming made contact with what he believed to be a 13-year-old girl from Bridgeport in January 2012. He invited her to his live streaming webcam, exposed himself, and requested that she do the same.
Fleming then had a similar encounter last November with what he believed to be a 14-year-old girl from Bridgeport, according to police.
Police obtained a search warrant of his computer as part of their investigation.
Fleming is in the North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $500,000.
