It's been six months since Mannington residents gathered on the street watching fire destroy the Moose Lodge.
Workers later demolished the building and the Moose Lodge formed a Building Committee make plans to rebuild.
A lot of work has been done since then.
The Moose Lodge has a new home and Mannington Police Chief David James said it will bring a lot of opportunities to Mannington and its residents.
"They are going to do a grand opening; basically kind of a tour of the building. We're planning a lot of nice things. We are putting a big kitchen in, prepare some food. It's going to be a nice asset to the community," Chief James said.
Chief James said the Moose Lodge should reopen by the first week of May.
