The Fairmont General Hospital Foundation has reached its goal after more than three years of raising money for a new digital mammography machine.
Now, it wants to thank all of those who helped make it happen.
The Foundation held a dedication ceremony Thursday where it revealed a wall in the hospital with all of the donors' names.
Hundreds of names are displayed many of them hospital employees.
The Foundation said it's a great way to give back to those who have contributed to such a great cause.
"I think it lets people recognize who in the community has supported Fairmont General Hospital," said Keith Wade, of the FGH Foundation. "People like to see their name on a board like this. People who have supported can come up and see their name can feel good about what they've done and their ability to support the hospital."
The wall is located on the first floor in the main lobby of the hospital.
The new digital mammography machine has been ordered and is expected to arrive in a couple of months.
