Recipe from Denny Nicholson of Texas
1 can salmon
1 (8oz) cream cheese
2 Tblsps. horseradish
2 Tblsps. liquid smoke
2 green onions, chopped
juice of one lemon
Mix first 6 ingredients together and refrigerate. Chop parsley without stems. Mix with other ingredients. After at least one hour roll cheese mixture in parsley and nut mixture.
